        3. Refuse Hopper
          Refuse Hopper

          Overview:
The hopper is composed of the main body, bridge breaker, refuse chute, expansion joint, support beam and protection plate and other components.
Strength:the hopper adopts proper measures to avoid bumps, resist corrosion and endure wear and tear. To avoid waste bridging, it has a bridge breaker. In case of bridging, the bridge breaker set at the throat of the hopper can break the bridge. The bridge breaker also serves as the hopper cover. When the boiler stops, it can separate the furnace from the refuse pit.
          Purpose of Use:
The refuse-fired boiler hopper is used to store materials for feeding before the boiler. The refuse sent by the traveling grab is poured into the hopper which has a pusher at the bottom to push the refuse evenly into the reciprocating grate.
          Structural Composition:
Composed of the copper body, bridge breaker, refuse chute, expansion joint, support beam and protection plate etc.
          Structure Feature:
The hopper adopts proper measures to avoid bumps, resist corrosion and endure wear and tear.
To avoid waste bridging in the chute, it has a bridge breaker. The bridge breaker also serves as the hopper cover. When the boiler stops, it can separate the furnace from the refuse pit.
The specifications of the hopper correspond to the specifications of the grate.
